Methods of Payment 

We accept cash, Apple Pay, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Urban Salon gift cards may be used to pay for services and/or salon products. Upon verification of gift card value, the remaining balance will be added to your file for future redemption. Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of original purchase.

Gratuity is optional but certainly appreciated. You may leave gratuity via cash or credit card upon checking out at the front desk.

Appointment Consultations 

We strive to deliver exceptional salon and spa services and recommend a 15-minute complimentary consultation for all NEW hair color guests, this allows stylists to reserve the appropriate amount of time to achieve your desired results.

Salon Appointment Credit Card Policy

To reserve your salon appointment, a credit card number must be entered to secure the date and time of your services.. You will have the option to securely save your credit card to your profile, which also allows you to quickly and conveniently check ou t upon completion of your salon services. 

We certainly understand that life is busy and often unpredictable. If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly request 24-hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to provide notice, you may be charged a no-notice or no-show fee, up to 50% of the price of your scheduled services.

We make every effort to remind you of your salon reservation prior to the scheduled date. Please confirm that we have your most current phone number and email address. As always, please call or text us if you are running late for your appointment . We will do our best to accomodate your scheduled services within the time allotted or modify as needed. Thank you.

Amenities 

We invite guests to enjoy complimentary beverages in our relaxing waiting area and/or anytime throughout your salon service.

Lost and Found

If you have left something behind, please contact us.  We will do our best to locate the item but please know that we are not responsible for any items you leave behind in the salon.
